Cleveland plumbing and heating

I don't know much about Cleveland plumbing and heating, but the only thing I know that Dave from Guisborough area who was the plumber I spoke to on initial contact attended my property to fix multiple problems with my kitchen sink,waste and leaking mixer tap. This gentleman was heaven sent, he went far and beyond to sort all the terrible problems he found caused be previous kitchen fitter which were hidden from sight. I knew Dave was a genuine lad by overcoming all the hurdles he faced and corrected them efficiently and professionally leaving myself and my wife with a better ,safer job than what we had to start with. This lad put in the extra effort and went the extra mile. We wish him well

Service was excellent, was with me within an. hour of contacting , very polite, explained everything and offered advise, very friendly to speak to and did a great job, got the job fixed and really happy. Would recommend to anyone for the service I received

On a hot Saturday afternoon, we had a report from guests in our holiday let in Whitby, to say that water was leaking from the water pump and dripping down the communal stair case. The water pump feeds two different apartments. One plumber had already attended, and couldn’t fix the problem. A holiday let agency sent maintenance, and they shut the water off, causing guests in both apartments to have no water at all. When we heard about this, we asked in a Whitby Facebook group for a plumber to attend an emergency leak, relating to a water pump. Dave from Cleveland Plumbing and Heating replied quickly, had a chat with me to try and diagnose the problem and arrived in Whitby shortly after. He did a brilliant job, and was very thorough, and explained what had caused the leak in the first place. Access to the pump is very difficult, but Dave still managed to fix the pump. Excellent service and I would highly recommend - he really did go above and beyond to help. Thank you again.

Had a burst pipe in the bathroom on Sunday, gave Cleveland plumbing a ring, he was round in 30mins. Fixed the pipe and also fixed my leaking toilet to which was a bonus. Great honest guy, going to get a walk in shower fitted in the future and will be using this guy. Highly recommended.

I needed an emergency plumber at around 9.30pm and had someone at the door within the hour. Call-outs normally cost much more than I was charged and the service was spot on. Definitely keeping these guys on the list for any future work!

Woke up to water dripping through my ceiling from the toilet above, proper nightmare. Called this team and they came out sharpish. Found the leak, fixed it up cleanly, and even helped dry things out to prevent any damage. Professional, friendly, and clearly know their stuff. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Brilliant , prompt service.Fitted new sink taps ,bath taps and outdoor tap for an elderly relative on same day as contacted. Professional and kind dealing with myself and my mum ,would recommend and use again if/when the need arises.

Fantastic service. Called them at 9am about fitting new mixer tap in kitchen. Told he would be there in the morning It was fitted and done before lunch. Five stars is not enough for them. Any problems in future they will be my go to company.
